In partnership with San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance and Baotree, predator proof bomas have been built and installed in communities in order to mitigate human wildlife conflict. In addition, Loisaba hosts Community Coexistence Training days at the Conservation Centre, in partnership with Lion Landscapes and The Peregrine Fund. This training is designed to teach communities about the dangers and negative effects of poisoning to humans and their livestock, whilst providing the individuals with the skills and knowledge to better protect their livestock.
